Sheet-Pan Chicken Tenders & Broccoli

Dinner is ready in only 15 minutes and cleanup is a breeze with these easy broiled chicken tenders coated in everything bagel seasoning with fresh broccoli on the side. The three-ingredient dipping sauce adds just a hint of sweet and spice.


    • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided

    • 4 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning, divided

    • ½ teaspoon ground pepper, divided

    • 1 12-ounce package broccoli florets (about 6 cups)

    • 1 pound chicken tenders

    • ⅓ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt

    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

    • 2 teaspoons honey


    1. Place rack in upper third of oven. Preheat broiler to high. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

    2. Combine 2 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons bagel seasoning and ¼ teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Add broccoli; stir to coat, then spread evenly on one half of the prepared baking sheet.

    3. Combine the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons bagel seasoning and ¼ teaspoon pepper in the bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat. Arrange on the empty side of the baking sheet. Broil, turning the pan once, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender and browned, about 8 minutes.

    4. Meanwhile, combine yogurt, mustard and honey in a small bowl. Serve the sauce with the chicken and broccoli.
