Cottage Cheese Bowls

Ingredient

    - 1 cup cottage cheese

    - 1 avocado

    - 1 tomato

    - 1/2 cucumber

    - Olive oil

    - Salt

    - Pepper

    - Dried oregano

    - Dried basil

Direction

    1. Begin by preparing the vegetables. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice the tomato into thin rounds. Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Set aside.

    2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until the cottage cheese becomes smooth and creamy.

    3. Take two serving bowls and divide the cottage cheese mixture equally between them.

    4. On top of the cottage cheese, add the sliced avocado, tomato rounds, and cubed cucumber. Drizzle with a little more olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and basil.

    5. Serve and enjoy your cottage cheese bowls as a light and healthy meal or snack. You can also add some crackers or bread on the side for a more filling meal.
